I have same type of issues with Ameritrade. However, rarely do I with eTrade. With eTrade I have 2 accounts, one cash and the other margin so that way I do not have to worry about PDT so much. Get eTrade if you do not have already have.

Fidelity will not allow me to purchase. Been trying all morning.
