SH update should be periodic in 15-day to 21-day intervals. Just disappearance and no update is not a good sign. MNGG has suddenly disappeared which is disappointing. I know and guess they are trying to do thier stuff correctly. I wish them good luck.

Lack of solid information is the cause.
They already mentioned that no RS is coming so RS is not the reason. Management is tight-lipped about the acquisition and has no periodic updates.

Can we speculate the reason for todays dump? My guess is somebody thinks a rs is coming. Anybody with more positive reasons? What would be a legitimate reason for this?

Promoters of MNGG wants to get out of trips which is understandable but this is not possible without doing something. They are simply sleeping on it. Acquisition/ Merger all this is going on since last October without any results. I think management is waiting for some miracle to happen. My advice nothing moves without sincere efforts and those efforts are missing . My observation My 2 Cents

No it's me. Bought in at 3 and watched it fall to 2 and then 1. So typical of ANYTHING I buy. GARBAGE!!!!!

You're speculating that scenario just like I'm speculating mine. The difference is you're scenario is rare in otc and mine is most common.

There will be no RS here the only thing coming are good hits and a much better pPS .

They are estimating profit of 2 Million per month after 7 months. Their goal is make the initial purchase of gold from an African Central bank, fly it to Dubai on the parent company plane and sell at a higher price.
7% net profit on every kilogram of gold.
They will start out at 25 Kilograms per week and work their way up to 100 kilograms per week in 7 months
No mining, they are going to be a Gold middleman between Africa Central Bank and Dubai.
This cuts down on the cost to mine.
Now it is cost to acquire and transport.

Why are people selling shares when acquisition is due? Isn’t it company is not creating awareness about it. ?Not many people go through the fillings but depends upon tweets and discussions. I guess Mngg should spread awareness about acquisition once again. People forget things quickly. My 2 cents
