So, up to the point of filing on 02/14/2024 there was nothing going on.
New 10-Q due within 5 days. Lets see if the 02/27/2024 LOI with that hokey BotMakers went anywhere. We already know it was highly questionable from day one and nobody seems to be interested since then.

Funny thing about the TONR connection..... If one actually attempts to do proper DD they would find their web page history very lacking. The current page shows under construction but so does the past 2 years! The ones from a couple years ago show multiple FAILURES. None of the pages mention the claimed BotMakers.AI. Hmmm, wonder why!?
