His only strategy for the last 2 years is dilution and doesnt look it will end soon

Few more eyes for sure. I am sure plenty of people have this on their radar and when they see a blip like coming off EM, Breakout Board, 50-100% increase, etc.. more will keep coming.

I am sure there are tons more on the sidelines that are watching this stock, that never post or even have Ihub.

Can't wait to see what is in store for them this year. I hope they do give us something juicy too Pea! And before April would be nice.

And yes. I / we have been saying this for years.  I personally don't think st3 is transparent as he says. But it could all be a strategy.  We shall see.  

Not sure how they escaped the lawsuit fees and losses that were due on December. 

Yes.  Most definitely people waiting on the side line.  IMO if a PR happens (that's juicy), the company will def sell shares of their equity financing.  How many ... not sure.  Of course it's going to 'the company'.  I can only hope it's good enough to get them enough funds to get Vume out there.  They need financing ... that's it.  And currently it's only through an equity raise which dilutes the commoners.  But hopefully for a good cause.  If it's really juicy, they'll go through those sales and then it rises.  

All depends.  

 ST3 needs to be more 'transparent'.  

Here's to hoping he PRs something major before mid April.

There will be a book(documentary) written about ST3, VuMe, and the story of perserverance and success

I don’t really post any DD, there are a few here much better at that than me BUT it sure feels like there are more eyes here than we have hade for a while. IF we get anything worth while you have to have that first. I think 2025 is going to be a better year across the board. I personally believe there are several people who watch this stock just incase there is a reason to react. I would actually like to know if people agree or not. All opinions are welcome lol. Nothing else happening right now so might as well have some fun.

Interesting if you read the Independence paragrapgh. Maybe they all have a "material relationship" now?  


I mean, I am pretty sure all of the board has business dealings, compensation, shares, etc... with tpt. 

They are one year terms.  Maybe they didn't vote on them ... or maybe worse ... they can't pay them ?

Is he describing a different company ?  Cause they did not meet any 'milestone'. And they haven't been 'transparent'.  

My thought here are a few PRs to sell some equity shares.  It's also cr++ply that they keep extending this and using incremental equity share sales just to pay for the lights to be on and not actually the product itself.    I hope they have a good plan and can be 'transparent' on what they have been working on.   The filings are NOT what they've been working on.  As they stated that was the external accounting firm's job.   

Show some cards ST3.   You're a public company.  Act like it.  And yes.  We as investors are justified to be firm after all these years of waiting and listening.

Im not asking for what you call "pity points". I explained my life threatening issues, several thoutftfulpeople had written to ask about my probs, and to send well wishes-/this has been a long and painful process.i wouldnt wish on an enemy.

You focus way too much time on anyone who opposes you.-id prefer not to waste the time or energy on you. I am much more positive thesedays , im enjoying life. Try it.!
