LONDON--Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd.(IMP.JO) said Wednesday that Terence Goodlace has decided to step down as chief executive and executive director on Dec. 1.

The South-Africa based miner said it is reviewing its leadership succession plans and has commenced a search process to appoint a new chief executive.
