It def appears to be transfers but 14m shares is nothing at this price. They will need a lot more. Secondly, where are the shares coming from at .00001. Unless they feel like the float is locked and will try to start it at a price point that shares will go farther but I wouldnt hold my breath on that

IFAN, a shell, was rescued from the OTC graveyard by a custodian, Larry Williams, who got the filings current some months back. The custodian changed IFAN from a financial processing service that never got off the ground, into a medical psychedelic research mission. HHS along with its affiliates like FDA has sanctioned the use of certain psychedelics for use in treating PTSD and other disorders. This MAY have a positive impact on IFAN stock under the new administration; anyone’s guess.
