I'm certain at some point when this ticker reverse merges into something, it may have a little push north...that is, if Jeff Canouse and cohorts take their Nazi boots off the neck of $HVCW shares for a couple days

Transfer agent hasn’t updated OS for a month.

Canouse and friends just got their quarterly dividend of common shares from their Preferred stakes.

I’m sure they are more than willing to sell into retail buying.

Looks like today's volume has a few eyeballs on this at quite a few places

I may need to average down for the first time so that I can get out of this sooner at less of a loss or perhaps even a break even

Wow... Does anyone know exactly what's going on with this stock? I've been a major bag holder underwater for over a year and would love to reclaim some of my loot back at some point several tiers higher if possible?

Nothing has changed. There is no more solar business, all the cash is gone. Bobby T has some new consulting business advising folks on how to run businesses if you can believe that.

Some folks are so deep in the hole that they would say anything to get others to bail them out.

What makes you say that? The volume today in the grand scheme of things was less then $15k. That sure doesn't scream like "boom time" is coming anytime soon.

Please enlighten us on what has recently changed. I for one would sure love to know.

Reposting my post from Nov 2023:

Noticed that Canouse managed to get the company current by filing last three quarterlies. Frondeur is his guy.

During the quarter ended March 31, 2023, the Company decided to postpone its operations due to a lack of funding. As such, the following activities occurred:

a) The Company’s equipment was repossessed by tis creditors and sold off;
b) The Company’s receivables were ceded to the financers of the projects
c) All operations were ceased and the Company has no more assets.

At this time, the Company is considering various strategic alternatives including restarting operations.

There are hundred of billions of potentially dilutive shares waiting for the ability to get converted.

The preferred’s and convertibles will decimate this ticker. I posted earlier how many billions of shares are waiting to be unleashed by Canouse’s when the time is right….for them any time is right.

New round of X suckers think they have found a jewel in HVCW . They think all the recent filings are new but don’t realize (or don’t want to disclose) that all are actually updated amendments to previous filings.

Personally I think an RS is imminent with perhaps a new RM partner and given Canouse’s track record lately of anything but quality it doesn’t bode well for those throwing money at the ticker imo.

Another series of rereleases of Quarterly and Annual Reports plus an Attorney Letter.

Also this buried nugget for the next company that reverse merges into the shell (whenever, if, it happens).

So, in the future, folks will have to look out for a minimum 1:1000 R/S, but more likely a 1:10000 R/S.

I have seen this action over the years. Anything could happen, but, I think the market makers are buying in for a run. IMO

So now we know who the buyer is. GLTA

If shareholders haven’t figured out by now that Canouse firms are the one’s paying the fees to keep this shell current, then you are destined for continued disappointment.

The costs for Canouse is small compared to the potential inability for him to recoup any addition “debt” repayments. Everything $ he spends to keep the shell current will be repaid a minimum 2x if he finds another desperate company owner who has run out of sources of traditional funding. Shareholders are always the losers in these stocks.

Canouse waiting on a new reverse merger candidate to show up and agree to his terms, then another reverse split and mass dilution. Might be months, might be years.

Unfortunately you are wrong on both counts

The solar company (and all of Bobby T’s other subsidiary companies) are out of business.

They are being sued by vendors and customers alike. All equipment and vehicles has been taken back by vendors or Bobby T disposed of it before shutting down. Offices are vacant. Bobby T fled back to Bakersfield.

Even the financial reports posted by Canouse show there is no longer a business. The only thing worth anything is the shell but Canouse pulls the strings here.

You already know all this.

Maybe you are just trying to keep the board active?

Perhaps a hold here. After a little bit of digging, This is a real company and employees, too.
Still time to buy more shares.
