Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 1, 2021, Robert G. Savage notified
Humanigen, Inc. (the “Company”) of his retirement from the Company’s board of directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Savage’s decision was based on personal health and other reasons and was not due
to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company appreciates the
contributions that Mr. Savage made to the Company since joining the board in 2018, and wishes him the best in his retirement.
