Dunelm 1st Half Profit Rises on Pandemic-Boosted Revenue; Redrow Reinstates Dividend

DUNELM GROUP PLC on Wednesday reported a jump in pretax profit
for the first half of fiscal 2021 on higher revenue during the
coronavirus pandemic.
Shares at 1140 GMT were up 65 pence, or 5.2%, at 1,326.0
pence.
REDROW PLC said that pretax profit and revenue both rose in the
first half of fiscal 2021, and it reintroduced dividends.
Shares were down 11.5 pence, or 2%, at 560.0 pence having peaked
at 589.5 pence earlier in the session.
88 ENERGY LTD. said that it is seeking to raise up to 12 million
Australian dollars ($9.3 million) via a share issue, and that
Managing Director David Wall is resigning.
Shares in London were down 0.09 pence, or 16%, at 0.47
pence.
ASHMORE GROUP PLC has reported a rise in assets under management
and pretax profit for the first half of fiscal 2021 and said its
performance showed early stages of recovery.
Shares were up 4.2 pence, or 0.9%, at 483.8 pence.
SAFESTYLE UK PLC said it expects the coronavirus pandemic to
cause an underlying pretax loss of 4.7 million pounds ($6.5
million) for 2020 on lower revenue, despite progress in the second
half of the year.
Shares were down 1.45 pence, or 3.5%, at 40.0 pence.
SDI GROUP PLC said that it anticipates revenue and adjusted
pretax profit to beat expectations for both fiscal 2021 and fiscal
2022 thanks to coronavirus-related contracts and despite the
pandemic hurting most other areas of the business.
Shares were up 33.0 pence, or 27%, at 153.5 pence.
