I don't know how appropriate the word "trading" is here. The last retail transaction was back in May of last year. At least, by Finra not delisting the ticker it allows those who want to dump their stock for tax loss purposes. It's too early for them to do that anyway. People can still hope Lovatt breaks silence and gets the company moving again. Assuming of course that there is still a public company here and product is being sold. These are questions shareholders shouldn't have.

Why the SEC allows a situation like this is beyond me.

I think it's a matter of what the SEC allows MMs to do for these crappy tickers to allow them to even keep trading. After all, if the ticker gets delisted by Finra, the shares they pick up at the 5th and 6th digit are worthless. And if people want to take the tax loss, the only buyer is an MM since no one is interested in buying at $.0001.

Do you actually see quotes at $.00001 or $.000001 anywhere?

Not that I have the background in finance to understand it, but I don’t understand how it’s legal for anyone to be quoting to 5 and 6 digits in public traded stocks when retail cannot participate in such trades directly.

Nah. Given Schwab's order size limit and associated fees for OTC transactions, I'd lose more money by liquidating rather than letting those shares rot indefinitely. They can rot forever as far as I'm concerned.

DAVID LOVATT an his partner fat bastard owned a lot of common shares plus 7 million other shares ??? but paperwork at at canousses company say they were deleted and its a nutrition company like $GTEH and I believe Lovatt was involved in but I see lots of stuff has been deleted ????

No, he isn't. That along with another is in his past. It seems this guy was someone shareholders should have paid attention to. He only made 16 posts but they provided insight and possibly a reason why this ticker has gone silent.

I see that $PDPG Lovatts other old company is active ??? I checked couldn't find Lovatts name any where except cancellation of his shares I watching for this crook to pop up again soon

Schwab may make you wait until Finra makes it an "fka" ticker. That could take years if Lovatt abandons it.

I'm honestly not sure how that works. My $GTEH shares still remain in my Schwab account... I just checked and I can't sell them even if I wanted to. At this point, I've dug my heels in... those MFing shares can stay in my account for all of eternity as a solemn reminder to conduct better DD next time. Expensive lesson, but a lesson learned nonetheless.

Although, it may be a little early to do that, in case the stock does move up on a R/M event or some other news. You never know with these types of stocks.

It may be that Lovatt has no intentions of filing another report to OTC Markets to get off the Expert Market. He didn't file a single one for the entire year in 2023.

Makes one wonder how business is doing. No financials submitted to OTC Markets. I don't think the beverage industry doing well is going to effect GTEH.

The chart has nothing to do with whether it'll do anything. January or otherwise.

It only matters what, if anything, Lovatt decides to do anything with the ticker. It's got a bloated SS and it's financials are a mess. I doubt anyone would pick up a ticker like this with it sitting on the EM.

When looking at the 5 yr chart… could GTEH be ready to move in January of ‘24?

I wouldn't be surprised either way. Still stuck on the "expert market," so all I can do is continue to wait and watch.

Trades at $.000001 are MMs picking up shares that people dump out of their accounts. Volume increasing due to this reason is the worst scenario a stock can have. Today's three dumps amounted to $10.

It hasn't traded at $.0001 for the past 6 months.

People have to be willing to take a complete loss on their gamble in order to dump shares under $.0001 so that MMs have to pick them up. Then, they have to hope they can sell them to new gamblers at $.0001 or higher.
