Rough experience here. This is by far one of the worst companies on the OTC, so many people have takes losses on this, no future for anyone who buys shares in this.

Again, no one is claiming that this company is legit (not a P/D). You don't see anyone on this board making claims of legitimacy anymore. Everyone just wants to recover lost ground here. Moves pretty easily honestly. Looks pretty thin and its probably due to several share holders holding those shares at 0.9+ from when the stock dumped at the blink of an eye.

This doesn’t sound like good news at all. They aren’t even mining their first claim yet. Why would they need more land before they even know if their first claim is even profitable. All part of the continued pumping and ways to hide moving large amounts of shares. Stay away from this total scam

You may very well be right. Still, I have hope that it rises for the many people that lost big on this earlier in the week. This stock depleted at the blink of an eye, and many people didn't realize it until it was too late to get out with a profit. Luckily my position is at 0.58.

P/D or not, this baby has at least 1 more fly in it IMO.

Not really - the p/d was orchestrated and I have to give them credit, they did a good job - it is a bit complex how they orchestrate it, but suffice it to say they short it as it goes up methodically swapping shares - then drop the bottom out after they are out of shares on the long side and crash it making more on the short side - the bumps are just covering buys and fools thinking it is a “bargain” - once there is nothing left to short and they are fully covered then the company goes dark and it is on to the next one.

The company that paid that pump website the $300k is behind the P&D, guaranteed. The Company, since it was involved in the promo, probably was involved in the P&D as well, though proving such things is always a challenge...

I agree the website is cheesy and they don’t seem concerned at all about the drop so it doesn’t look good. Half ass DD got me.

Don’t let this turn you off to all OTC companies - still the best place in the market to make a fortune- you just have to be careful and never buy into a company that spends $100k promo’ing itself and has a webpage that is basically an illegal ripoff of Tesla IP and talks more as investing in the stock than about the company itself...

To answer your question - if the company is suspended it may resume trading on the grey market (where stocks go to die) but will be even more illiquid.

I don’t like telling people what to do with their investments because it is a lose/lose scenario. However, if I owned shares in this “company” I would sell whatever I could for whatever I could get. Oh, and the quick selloff that flashed past your stop - that is all part of the scam.

I’m out big on this. I got in at 1.20. This was my first otc buy and it’s brutal. My limit stop loss didn’t even kick in because it just shot down right past it not even hitting its range. Is there any recourse for punishing the company if they were involved with the sell off? What happens to my position if this company gets delisted?

What information are you basing your up and up conclusion from?

I’m not pissed and I am not in this boat - never was. However when you say something like this company is legit I have to say something because I am 99.999999% positive this stock is a complete and utter scam - and your post, unchallenged, could fool some new investor into this scam.

This company is not legit and the stock will probably be suspended soon - it is a complete sham - it will probably fall to the grays and eventually go no bid - IF it survives at all.

This is a pump and dump stock selling scam. Anyone buying here is better off taking their money to a casino - this is headed much lower long term —- they diluted the crap out of it and are still dumping shares....

Company is Legit. After spending many hours of research checking it out , Its all on the up and up. Thinking this should come back to the .70-.80 range soon
