The book story is the latest in pennyscammer BS. Long-time pennyscammer ERIC "Parki" PARKINSON the CEO of HHSE tried this same trick last autumn - and it has done nothing for the stock PPS.

You see these new scam story trends roll over the basement-bottom pennyscammers like STEVEN CARNES in waves. Twenty years ago, the hot story in pennyscams was energy drinks. Then it was social media websites. Then alkaline bottled water. Then cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Then BS AI stories. Most recently its been "rare earth" mining.

These low-IQ, low-level clowns like PARKI and CARNES lack the mentation to come up with anything innovative and remotely real, so they are the followers of these "pennyscam story" trends. So they are always late and gett zero traction from this BS.

CARNES is laffably inept. He is pathetic.

There is an old saying: “Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, quote him an ice shanty with a TV package and he will buy your trip 1 garbage stock” or something like that.

I have received bids from three (3) Chinese CONtract manufacturers. One each in Guangzhou, Shenyang, and Harbin (they do a lott of ice fishing in Heilongjiang province). All of them were quoting me prices less than one-third that of Badger Blox, and include shipping to any destination in the USA or Canada.

Harbin quoted me a 40' containerized ice shanty for less than Badger Blox wants for a 20' one. Butt wait, there's more! The Harbin quote is for a deluxe 40' ice shanty with propane furnace and forced air heating, 20kW diesel silent-run generator, 110/220V ~OUTTletts and 12VDC also, a full bathroom w/shower, 85-inch 4K TV/monitor, Direct TV (250 channels, including the Harbin and Beijing local news and the top NFL/NHL sports package), Starlink satellite internet, wet bar with refrigerated beer keg (quarter or half barrels both work), full kitchen with 6-burner propane stove (vented), double conventional oven, air fryer/toaster oven, double door LG refrigerator w/ice in the door, dual microwaves, Mongolian-style grill, external (~OUTTdoor) pull~OUTT propane gas grill with rotisserie, 4-person jacuzzi/spa, two sofa/sleepers, three La-Z-Boy recliners, 4-place poker table, foosball, a full-size billiard table (3/4-inch slate bed) w/overhead Tiffany hanging light fixture, 7.1 Dolby sound system entertainment center, a 48"x24" fish cleaning table w/water service sloping to a center drain which also takes guts and heads into a 30 gallon waste tank that empties externally, and built-in aerated triple bait tanks and an aerated live box that can accommodate pike up to 38". Plus the mandatory black light lighting and the fluorescent black light posters, a few lava lamps, a top-end gaming computer w/gaming chair, and, of course, the mandatory neon beer signs (Leinenkugels/Point/Rhinelander/Hamms/Andeker/Old Style/Wisconsin Club/Badger Club/Grain Belt/Red,White&Blue) on the walls.

All for less than half of the price BadgerBlox quoted me for an uninsulated, unheated bare-bones rusty 20' beat-to-shit container for 2026-2027 availability AND I would have to pick it up in Gillette. The plans they provided indicate that it'd be a trashed, rusty 20' container with a door and one window cut into it. The door didn't even have a pet door, whereas the Harbin model does.

What’s funny is that if they had actually started producing ice shacks for you, they might have got some revenue. Embarrassing. Perfect example of why nobody gives a damn about the OTC.

The prospects for me receiving my ordered 20' CONtainerized ice fishing shanty for winter 2026-2027 delivery are looking very, very badd.

I hold crooked STEVE CARNES responsible for this failure. No perch, walleye, or pike for him at my table!

Now I'll have to see if I can gett it made in China and shipped over as CONtainerized cargo. What a hassle!

Prolly better build quality though, and cheaper even with the shipping. And any tariff.

Why they weren't permanently barred from OTC is beyond me. Larry is now running a pump and dump scam over on ADIA. It's some greasy operation.

CPA? Why, GMZP is an unaudited non-filing, non-registrant "dark" Form 15 company. It is not an SEC registrant and has no requirement to file audited financials with the SEC and doesn't.

It’s hard to understand how they can even make a profit. Flipping $5k into $10K occasionally. Attorneys and CPA’s cost money, even dodgy ones. And the OTC is so thinly traded these days. They could make more money working fast food cashier job.

It's always the same people getting the Reg A shares too on Carnes companies. Look at the filings here and at INKW. Same people washing shares and providing kickback likely to Carnes. Hell the same guy he got convicted with back in 2010 is running a pump on the ticker ADIA now too.

I never believed one thing from the company. .00005 dumped @.0001 is an easy 100% profit. Plus I never believe these scams actually "sell" shares.

Yeah. I do think they had a chance to do something if they had executed while SS was acceptable and before they slow walked the dilution machine down. Now with their offering of “units” at .00005 I would not touch this anywhere above .0001 - and frankly I don’t want it at .0001 either.
