Around 300M traded mostly at .0003 past couple of months, O/S tiny here that is around a third of the total outstanding. Something is going on here. This volume of shares changing hands on a 1.2B o/s at .0003 is pretty unusual from my experience. Either there is a ton more dilution coming and this thing is going to no bid and do a giant R/S, or somebody is loading this up for a push back up. It seems like a waste to just dilute it to death down here but OTC companies do stupid things.

acquire a property in Gillett, Wisconsin. The property consists of both land and building which contains both office space
and warehouse production space. The Company anticipates utilizing the property as BadgerBloX’s headquarters and
primary production facility. The purchase agreement is conditional upon local government regulatory approval of intended
use at an upcoming review committee hearing. On August 11, 2023 the Company completed the purchase of the property.
The acquisition price of the property was $240,000, and the Company has been provided title to this property. The prior
owner is holding a note on the land, and the Company has agreed to make interest only payments for 18 months
