Other Events

On January 23, 2020 Galaxy Gaming, Inc. (OTCQB: GLXZ) (the “Company”), a developer and distributor of casino table games and enhanced systems, announced that it had received licensing approval from the California Gambling Control Commission as a Gaming Resource Supplier.

A copy of the press release announcing the licensing approval is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
