Hi there... I've been here since 2017 as well. The company is still operating; however, the management team is so inconsistent in its efforts with shareholders it has completely tanked shareprice. In all honesty, its as bad a handling of a public side of a company that I've ever seen. The lack of effort is mind-boggling at times...

Management provides periodic updates then disappears for long stretches, they make promises then never mention those promises again, they rarely respond to shareholder questions, and put nearly zero effort into communicating with current shareholders let alone trying to attract new ones. On top of all this, they appear to continue to lose money. Based on all of this, it seems clear they continually breach their fiduciary duty. It pains me to say that since I used to have such high hopes for the company.

Unfortunately, at this point it's my feeling most shareholders have completely lost faith in the company. Other than this, things are great...

AMFE/FUNN/FUNNQ has been unable to fill the massive order backlog for Gro3 units and Kill The Unicorns game. In the meantime all it has is a continually money-LOSING handful of failing game cafes and a snowplowing biz that somehow manages to LOSE munny plowing snow in Toronto.

And it is broke - and deeply in debt with Liabilities MORE than TWICE the Assets.

This turd is deeply INSOLVENT.

I’ve been invested in FUNN (Amfil) since the days where we were waiting for the GroZone boom. I believe it was 2017? Maybe 2016. Anyway, I’m still holding the bag unfortunately (shoulda sold at 0.235 lol).. and am wondering what’s going on at this point. I haven’t really been paying attention for the last couple years.. just holding the bag.

Anyone able to paraphrase why the price is where it is and why we never hear news anymore? The company still seems to be operating, which is why I’m surprised that we never hear news when I feel like news used to pop up all the time.

Do you know what the upgrades are and when they will be? Because the location has been closed since February and the only change to be seen is a snakes and Lattes decal and one wall painted.

Almost 3 weeks since Roger dropped the hollow carrot of share reduction coming soon with no follow up or through and no details shared. Will probably be more pissing in the wind as they are phenomenal at that.

We cannot even complete a name change after years……

If it does reopen. it will not be open for long, appears as if entire Virginia Beach gaming community is outraged at the way they shut down and fired all employees. I for one was not surprised, that's the way this POS, run by incompetent people has been run over the last 7 years. Snakes has been blacklisted in VA Beach. And the shitshow continues. Oh and the Snakes forum is a total joke, I encourage everyone to check it out for a good laugh.

Apparently our management is only in it for the free lunch. They are not concerned about really making any money that is fully evident by not replacing themselves or hiring real leadership. They would like to continue to reopen failing cafés just so they can get some data from it. They have no business plan. They don’t even have a flagship cafe anymore.

They just wing everything and hope it works out. They are terrible business men and are destroying a great opportunity. They will fully continue to claim otherwise, but it’s fully evident they are the wrong people for the job. They are going to continue to operate with their eyes wide shut.

Sure was a great waste of time opening the new community forum with no communication. It’s just as bad if not worse than it’s ever been. But they want your trust and want to whisper more bullshit in your ear, dangling hollow carrot, after hollow carrot, and not following through.
