XUFUCIUS controls or has participated with many companies with much better share structures than GMNI with promises of HUGE RM's as well! These shells below are all pink current, low share counts and mini-market caps! These companies are the ones to watch, assuming he is going to do a deal, as they are much more attractive to an acquiring company! Imo.

Looks like GMNI could become another dumping ground like SBES was. Similar structure initially and XULUTOR will keep increasing the AS to dump on unknowing shareholders. Just be aware this is a common pattern for XUFUCIUS, just keep your emotions in check and know his M.O.!

It's a year later and no, none of this was known until my post. And today it still stands as a scam empty shell. Again, this is not any kind of financial institution at all. It's a scam shell owned by a penny stock scammer name XU. It's entirely possible with xu that some of these people do not exist. People are trading a dead stock thinking it's a bank.

All that has been known for quite some time now, seems your late to the show, GL.

People are linking to yahoo which has not been updated since 2009 and are promoting that page. This is todays reality. And the chicago address may or may not be real or accurate.

Classic xanaxu. Took control for almost free a zombie ticker - f-s-tf, which was a bank, financial entity out of business at least 10 years ago. How many think this is a functioning bank entity. It is not. And also classic xanaxu and friends, they posted identical copy/pasted fins to otcm it get 'current'. xanaxu and friends are also playing off the actual corp which was a bank entity f-s-tf who dumped that corp and are now Sterns. There is no effort by xanaxu to actually state f-s-tf is not a bank entity. xanaxy always pr's is a financial entity leaving it open for people to assume it's still a bank. And the company 'small cap compliance. is most likely part of the xanaxu cartel. The website is lame with dead links.

Yes, I pulled up a chair to a few XU tickers. CHAIRS are dry rotting at this point. Honestly, he never accomplished anything! Nobody’s confidence in him is Gold. I’ll keep my 3 year olds XU tickers for a few more years for FOMO and rather than eat a loss, but at the end of the day, the only confidence is I’ll be using them to offset capital gains elsewhere . IMO-there are way better plays out there than anything XU has to offer. All IMO! GLTA

Well, maybe they will put FTFS to good use soon.

Over the last year or two they have been really cleaning out shells by deleting tickers and moving them to the Expert Market.

A few of them are being spared. Jury still out on why.

I’m trying to track them to see what happens. FTFS is on my list.

Generally in a situation like this, if anything was to be had, the preferred shareholders would get it. Common shareholders normally get nothing. Its just the way it is.

Unless Finra revokes, or cancels the shares they will remain on one of the jr markets, but what is interesting is that after all these years that it came off the Grey Market.
