I have no idea but my gut tells me if all of those funds that held the stock mid-summer are still holding the stock, then yes, is my best guess.

Now that the chapter 7 nonsense is out of the way, I'd have to agree with you that this is a screaming buy at these levels.

Reading a bit more into this. If creditors would allow just a tiny bit of old and cold equity to survive post-reorg. Company would have a ton of NOLs. But man these guys have problems. Still might see a pop and trading opp but on Expert Market I don't know. GL you guys anyway.

Today's judgement ruling kept the chapter 11 status....we did not turn to Chapter 7. this is somewhat good news.

is as sooh as the q was attached to FSRN it was immediately hit with a 15c2-11 ruling by the SEC that stopped anybody from buying the stock except on expert. Why did that happen so fast.
