Today I searched the Nasdaq website. It said the symbol FOYJ DOES NOT EXIST. So I searched the company name Foy Johnston and received a similar message. I know it was there recently, but it appears to be completely delisted.

Thinking of investing, but the website is down and the phone number goes to a magic jack number. The SS looks good. Is there anything else anybody can tell me about this company?

I may end up being a bag-holder, if so, it is what it is.
