On October 15, 2020, pursuant to a Schedule 14C Definitive Information Statement filed on September 22, 2020, The 4Less Group, Inc., (the “Company”) filed with the Secretary of State for the state of Nevada a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation in which:

 

    1.   The number of authorized common stock was decreased to 15,000,000
