1. That the Judgment entered in favor of Tonaquint, Inc. ("Tonaquint") and against First Colombia Gold Corp. ("Defendant") in the amount of $223,975.76 is renewed; and

2. That Defendant pay to Tonaquint the total amount of the renewed Judgment together with accrued post-judgment interest in the amount of $391,519.85 for a total of

$615,495.61, with post-judgment interest continuing to accrue at a rate of 22% per annum, plus costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Tonaquint in the collection of said Judgment.

JP, thanks for the link and information. This renewing of an old judgment raises many questions:
- Why is the plaintiff naming FCGD as defendant if the UMMC deal was never finalized?
- Can the plaintiff renew an old judgement after the company is sold and becomes a public company? If I were the judge I'd throw out the case to protect shareholders.
In my opinion, if the RM is truly not finalized between FCGD and UMMC, I'd say the previous owner will need to be responsible for all costs defending the lawsuit, including any final cost of judgments against them.

FCGD shareholders should not have to bare this burden.

Hey JP, I haven't found anything where it says the deal is dead, including the latest filing. In fact, $FCGD is still not marked as being a shell in the latest filing. Have you found something, or is that just your opinion?

In my opinion, we are delayed of confirmation, that the deal was finalized, as a result of lawsuits against previous ownership. We shell see.

Certainly the risk factor for buying shares now is very lower with the pps at .0001/.0002.

1 would have to figure regardless to whomever decides to merge with fcgd that $615k will always be an issue, nobody in their right minds would that tyoe of debt on when it's clean shells outhere with way more attractive SS.

Imo, this was always known & the way for frank to wiggle out hospital deal & R/S this scam. I highly doubt UMMC will close a deal knowing $615k is owed.

I concur, I agree 100% ive seen some scams run harder than some legit runners. The only thing that's baffles me; are these oil wells you believe Frankie own, this went from oil, to shell, to weed, to now supposedly Medical.

How many oil wells will remain? So the new direction of the company does not mean that all the mining assets are transferred to Singh. Do you know the particulars of the deal? What I do know is that buyers of O&G properties are going nuts competing to grab them up as the green new deal falls flat unable to supply energy for the foreseeable future.
To me, this smells like an insider deal. Until I know more about it, I will be neutral to this new direction. The connections to shady past characters is too strong for me to make any kind of a bullish case at this point. The only basis I see for buying is the cheap shares. Many similar tickers see huge run ups off the bottom when
news changes the direction of a company. Whether scam or real thing yet to be determined however many a scam has run hard off the bottom.
