Oh and Incase u haven’t looked in the last few months, the website hasn’t worked in nearly 6 months. That too is a tell tale sign. The guy took his Mills, packed a bag and left town. What’s funny is, he actually appeared to have a semi decent resume for 20yrs or so.. it’s odd he would stain it all to scam a few million but, guessing he was desperate and needed money in his older years. With this mark on his resume now, he’s obviously done working for anyone.. hope he enjoys the few mill in his remaining years ..

They went bankrupt according to web. But opinion is they went bankrupt YEARS ago, and scumbag RS was just stringing people along so he could continue dumping the outstanding into the float, and getting paid out on the sales into the open market.. net net we estimate he took anywhere from 3-5mm out of this piece of garbage thru sales. And it never had to go above a penny. Someone once asked “what’s he getting out of this if it’s at .0001. Well, look at the float and do the math.. that’s what! Yea he could have TRIed to Mak a real co out of this, send it to $1, and with his holdings, be worth $50,000,000 on paper. OR, you could lie cheat scam and steal you’re way to ACTUAL money in your pocket, but dumping onto the float and taking $3-5mm out.. criminals like this always go the easy $ route bc they don’t have what it takes to make/Run an actual company. That’s why this is now “yield” and best part, as I’ve been warning for a year or more, the float u see isn’t even updated. We estimate the in that final year or so, another 100,000,000 was dumped in so, at .002 roughly, that was another 2-500k in his pocket.. but the initial 100mm he dumped when it was still .01 to .06 or so, that’s real $$, roughly $3mm or so .. and that my friends is how you steal $$ from investors and there’s nothing the sec can do about it bc they post warning signs on all these scam stocks. We’ve seen it time and time and time again for decades..

All these so called big deals made yet we have a yield sign, no communication to shareholders and a PPS that sucks.

No.. if you google encompass and bankrupt or look around you’ll see an Encompass Compliance with a Fla address listed as BK issues.. I am guessing it’s the slime-ball who runs this one just with yet another off site address. He’s as slippery as a snake so it would make sense
