Last CEO, Steve A. Smith Jr. was corrupt all day long. Super weasel.

That is likely why the last auditor was barred.

Audits take time, but the last auditor was barred and eegi had to start from scratch. If they paid for the company and paid for this round of audits, I wouldn’t be too concerned. It’s just frustrating because we’ve been holding forever.

At least we are making progress, whether or not it feels like it.

I have been in contact with Tim Lam. We just emailed each other last week.
He said auditors are working on getting current but trying to reach the majority shareholders from old company to complete audit.
Last auditors could not get it done. Hopefully soon.
He did not give me a time frame.

Yepper. On watch here. If Beckles will do it, others will follow. Opens up a whole new ballgame into 2025. 2025 seems to be shaping up to be a good year for OTC. These brokerages that lock out B/A and buyers will be a thing of the past soon, I believe.

Should be done by now.
