The warning is because the financials are late. This is a regular occurance with this outfit. As soon as the audit is finished and submitted the yield will be removed.

I’m thinking with it being the home stretch on tax season we won’t hear anything for another month.
Pretty sure all this is Todd’s fault.

There's a big push going on for EDXC to get it back to over 10 cents a share. That it's only down right now because of the audit issue and when that's done and all the newer announcements come the stock's going to fly. Everybody needs to add a few more before it jumps up.

Endexx is serious about getting their name out there. Recent agreements show they're doubling down on advertising and marketing – smart move!

So, now they have changed auditors. The new auditors are going to be responsible for fiscal 2023 ending 9/31/2023.
Any of you accountants that can estimate how long that will take?
And what about reporting current quarters in fiscal 2024???
How does that work?
Is all reporting on hold until 2023 is finished??

Except they filed an 8K on it saying it wasn't their fault. That's serious if untrue. Also, they put out multiple statements blaming the auditors. Unless auditors make a counter statement, we must believe them because that is a serious allegation.
