EDP-Energias de Portugal SA (EDP.LB) said Wednesday that its installed capacity reduced and that total electricity generated in 2019 declined.

The energy company said that as of December 2019 it had an installed capacity of 26.7 gigawatts, compared with 27.1 gigawatts in the year-earlier period due to the deconsolidation of a wind portfolio in Europe.

Electricity generated in the full year fell 7% to 66.7 terawatts on year due to weak hydro resources in the Iberian peninsula and Brazil.

Total electricity distributed in the Iberian peninsula fell 2.5% compared to 2018, while in Brazil it rose 2.3% on year.

EDP is scheduled to release its 2019 results on Feb. 20.
