These are usually granted for the benefit of common shareholders first. They are the biggest stuck holders.

The last filing, old officers Skylar & Young held 3.6B shares. That was 2013. I wonder where that block of shares have gone. Skylar was 73 years old back then.
I'm sure synergy has a deal to buy this block of shares then rehab it.
.0001 might be a sweet grab on a 1B float if they ever get it current again.
$100k Market Cap?
I'm sure synergy will create a class of P shares for control then return the 3.6B back into treasury. That's been is MO in many of these shells. Fla shell too. Even better

We are set for hearing on April 2, 2024 on a Motion for Extension of Time to serve Fla. Secretary of State.

The summons was issued – we just need, as per the court procedures, to obtain an extension to attempt service past the 120 days that we are allowed to effectuate service of process on the defendant.

well it depends some reverse merger there is no ratio so you get the same amount of shares, other reverse merger there is a ratio. To early too tell in this stock gl.

Hahahaha…In case of reverse merger the original shares are converted at some ratio I assume. Of course what one is the proud owner of is a like the presents I used to look for in my Cracker Jack boxes right?
