short time ago? it was almost a yr ago...nothing panned out, I found the owner of the company on linkedin and he said there was nothing left...no operations, nothing.

Hello, is anyone out there? Just my thoughts,but i think eacc could be the sleeper of the year here. Its showing signs of coming to life here. Any thoughts for and against?

Someone is buying up some here, looks like only one MM active on the bid side, but watching L2 now to see if it's a small blip or there may be more coming up. Still remembering the Turngate Holdings/Georgia Mutual Insurance connection here and the large amount of insider holdings...

According to this article below from January 2009 regarding delisting, there is no mention that they were planning on shutting down operations, but rather it was a move to save funds. Whether their plans with Turngate holdings and DCT-IS is part of this "focusing on the company" remains to be seen, but on first glance it doesn't appear their plans for EACC are over and done with.
The move is voluntary for the Oldsmar claims management services company as the cost to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 as well as other public company reporting requirements are providing minimal benefit to eAutoclaims, if at all, president and chief executive officer Jeffrey Dickson said.

By not having to file such reports, the senior management of eAutoclaims can focus more on the company itself, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission

we'll see what happens. will be watching for more on this deal and also awaiting any signals that they are planning on using the shell. Would definetly make sense. Either way, I'm always a fan of the huge volume spikes as signals and this one had one. Whether it means anything, only time will tell.

On EACC, the following chart is from the Turngate Holdings business plan PDF. If ex-management who is all now part of DCT-IS/Turngate decides to R/M into the EACC shell, the following sheds alot of light on what kind of value we are looking at. If a R/M were to happen here, with the current market cap at ~$150,000, you can see the potential move this could make.

Yup, just about everything EACC used to do, this new company does as well.

Going by the numbers on the Pro Forma, this should be trading around $.006, if not higher.

hmmm.. that does make me wonder why the largest shareholder in EACC sends you a document about a new business the EACC team is a part of? Trying to send a message that all is not dead here perhaps. It seem he's got his hands in both pots here, EACC and THI/GMIC. I'm going to look more thoroughly through that document, but on first glance alot of what EACC used to do seems to be what THI/GMIC does.

Ok, Eric got back to me. He's not the CEO and doesn't have much information of the company since he left in 2006, but he told me to look around Tampa area:

Your email was forwarded to me via the City of Oldsmar.

I was the CEO of eAutoclaims until the end of 2006, I left the company at that time and the Board of Directors a few months afterward. The name of the CEO who took over is Jeff Dickson, he moved the company to Tampa sometime last year.

The last information I have on the company's whereabouts is they were in the same location of another company called DCT off a street named West Linebaugh in Tampa. I don't have their phone number on street address but I'm sure it can be found online.

I wish I had more information for you, but hopefully that will be helpful.

Did some research and the CEO (Eric Seidel) listed @ http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=eacc used to be the Vice Mayor of Oldsmar, Florida. I sent them an email to the township and here's there reply:
