So, POCO could have been the investor relations person for DTII.

As you know, he started on the board just when the CEO started in DTII.

DTII has not traded since 6/3/2025.

Not only has the CEO ceased issuing meaningless and misleading PRs to try to halt the fast declining price, but it is the first time DTII has traded since May 20, 2025.

Looks as though the CEO has finally thrown in the towel.

DTII is slowly fading away/diminishing gradually. Heading for sub penny.

They do not even try anymore with RAH-RAH meaningless PR's.

That is not going to happen.They will disolve the company, the CEO is not that young.

Funny, you never heard of DTII until another company supposely bought (not) from them.

Actually i have followed the company for at least 5 years when i bought pre split shares @.017 and sold them at .054.

Was referring to the charade of being SEC-reporting.

That requires SEC filings & costly audits.

The only reason garbage OTCs do this is to pump the stock, "uplist" to OTCQB, convince rubes they're a "real company", etc.

I suggested they should just file Form 15 already and just be another shitty OTC - still scamming investors but without all the SEC-related costs.

DTII is now 1 week late filing the Financials from the LATE DATE which was the 24th ( so now 2 weeks late).

In the NT 10-Q

"Management reasonably believes that it will be able to complete and file the Form 10-Q Quarterly Report for January 31, 2025 within the prescribed extension period".

They blame the auditors are still reviewing them (standard)! The real reason is they have no money to pay the auditors. When they scrape up enough cash (dilutuion) they will then pay them and the Financials will be released.

If it goes on long enough it could go into the expert market (that will be quite a while though).

That would only hurt the longs (wouldn't be able to sell) but not BUYERS since NO ONE is buying DTII anyway.

DTII has missed the late filing date, which was yesterday 3/24/2025.

Not that it matters. DTII is on it's last legs.

Always late... So silly, just file the Form 15 already, we ALL KNOW it's coming - there's NO reason for $DTII to continue the SEC-reporting charade that was only used to pump the stock years ago.

LMAO . I guess with the enormous size and complexity of the company, and with tens of thousands of contracts the company could not prepare the financials on time.

Quarterly Financials for 1/31/2025 may be filed today which i doubt, but more likely Monday 3/17/2025 which is the due date.

Of course they could file a NT-10Q which is very very possible.

When filed the numbers and narrative (if any) should be comical.

$DTII is well-known garbage that's been R/S so many times its ridiculous.

No serious traders can enter or exit this kind of illiquid pump-n-dump without getting screwed.
