CELLCOM ISRAEL LTD. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF CEO
Netanya, Israel – January 5,
2022 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (TASE) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today that on January 5, 2022, the Company's Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Daniel Sapir, as the Company's CEO. Mr. Sapir shall commence his term as CEO at a date to
be agreed in the coming days.
Mr. Sapir has served as Tikshoov Group CEO since 2012 and as director in various private companies held by the Tikshoov Group. Prior to that, Mr. Sapir served in various
positions as VP of a number of communications companies, including Pelephone Communications Ltd. and Hot Telecom L.P. Mr. Sapir holds a B.A. in business administration with major in marketing and information systems from the College of Management
and an MBA from Ono Academic College.
