CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES
CEO RESIGNATION
Netanya, Israel – November
22, 2021 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today that Mr. Avi Gabbay, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, informed the Company of his resignation from office, feeling fulfilment in his position and intending to examine the possibility of purchasing a competitor of the Company. A date has not yet been set for the end of his term but he is expected to end acting as CEO in the coming days, with the appointment of an acting CEO.
