CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES DISMISSAL OF A
PURPORTED CLASS ACTION FILED AGAINST THE COMPANY

– November 11, 2021 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today that following its previous report on Form 6-K, dated March 17, 2021, under chapter A section 24.1, a purported class action filed against
the Company in an amount estimated by the plaintiff to be NIS 150 million, alleging that the Company did not provide a human response as required by law and the terms of
its license for callers to its call center, was dismissed by the court, in light of a similar purported class action filed against the Company, which is still pending.
