$.02? It looks like someone put the zero on the wrong side of 2 for their sell order of 10,085 shares.

Total coins available after mining is complete:

Bitcoin 19M
Litecoin 66M
Ethereum 115M
Polkadot 908M
Tether 28B
XRP 45B
Dogecoin 128B sorry but this quantity is way too much

As you can see, Bitcoin stands no chance at being a mid-to-long term legitimate international currency. It is all hype and trading. NOWHERE NEAR ENOUGH AVAILABILITY AND NEVER WILL BE.

Real crypto enthusiasts interested in a legitimate unregulated international crypto-currency will choose an alternate.

The current market value for this suspended ticker is $746,716,270. Soon to be back over $1B if it keeps rebounding. Based on what? The company hasn't put out anything since putting out this pr after the SEC suspension that sent it to the greys, now trading on the "expert" market.

Bitcoin Generation Responds to SEC Trading Suspension

Yes, indeed. A very GOOD reason.

OTC Markets Group Inc. ("OTC Markets") has discontinued the display of quotes on www.otcmarkets.com for this security because it has been labeled Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). OTC Markets Group designates certain securities as β€œCaveat Emptor” and places a skull and crossbones icon next to the stock symbol to inform investors that there may be reason to exercise additional caution and perform thorough due diligence before making an investment decision in that security.

SEC - Trading Suspensions

Investor Bulletin: Trading Suspensions – What Happens When They End?
March 4, 2019
The SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy is issuing this Investor Bulletin to answer some of the questions we receive from investors about what happens at the end of a trading suspension.

Why would the SEC suspend trading in a stock?

The federal securities laws generally allow the SEC to suspend trading in any stock for up to ten business days if the SEC believes the suspension is necessary to protect investors and the public interest. Some examples of when the SEC may suspend trading include:

There is a lack of current information about the company (for example, when a company is delinquent in its filings of required reports);
Questions arise about the accuracy of publicly available information, including in company press releases and reports, about the company’s current operational status, financial condition, or business transactions; or
Questions arise about trading in the stock, including trading by insiders, potential market manipulation, and the ability to clear and settle transactions in the stock.
What happens when the trading suspension period ends?

What happens after a suspension depends on the market where the stock trades – different rules apply in different types of markets.

Over-The-Counter (OTC) Stocks
A quoted market for stocks that trade in the OTC market, which includes stocks quoted on the Bulletin Board and OTC Link (f/k/a Pink Sheets), does not automatically resume at the end of a trading suspension period. Before an OTC stock can resume being quoted after a suspension, a broker-dealer must fulfill the requirements of certain SEC and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) rules. For additional information on these rules, please read our Investor Bulletin: Trading Suspensions.

Exchange Traded Stocks
Stocks that trade on a national securities exchange will resume trading automatically when a suspension ends.

WARNING

Use caution before buying or selling any stock after a trading suspension ends. The SEC may continue to investigate a company to determine if it has violated securities laws and rules, but will not make any comments on the status of any investigation. The SEC will publicly announce any enforcement action against the company.

BTGN SEC Suspension. The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of BTGN due to concerns about the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace about, among other things, (1) BTGN’s public statements regarding the viability and valuation of a bond that BTGN purportedly acquired from an entity based in the United Kingdom; (2) the amount of BTGN’s outstanding common stock; (3) stock promotional activity relating to BTGN and the market impact of such promotional activity; and (4) the accuracy and adequacy of current public information regarding BTGN’s financial condition.

Fred was never a partner of Gary or a best friend for that matter.

Gary is a Conman, thief and scammer who has defrauded many people and institutions.

Peopke don't make claims if their involvement or association with the Mob in public forums or posts.

Once again Berthold is trying to justify and cover fir his crimes along with his cohorts in trumbull sloan etc....

Unfortunately or maybe fortunately he met with a group that didn't cave to his extortion scheme.
And in the process uncovered all Bertholds frauds and crimes.
AND now hes cooked.

VERY VERY IRONIC him being greedy and trying to extort the company thinking they would just settle and have him go away, but in reality not caving to Berthold opened and exposed all of Bertholds secret and hidden crimes.

HAVE TO LOVE THE IRONY!!
IN THE END GARY BERTHOLD ENDED UP SCREWING GARY BERTHOLD !!!!!

I Don't know who all these people are with the exception of ODA who seems to be a fraud posing as a Doctor!!! which he clearly was not.
Landham was the lawyer on the deal between Benoit group and Berthold.
That obviously did not go very well as Berthold tried to screw them and steel the shell back from them...that is what was clearly stated in the court filings.
Wright came in to try to salvage the deal but I read that Berthold was being stupidly greedy....and now, Berthold's Trust and all the other plaintiffs have been thrown out of Court in North Carolina.
Greed of one man "Berthold" caused all shareholders to loose out on possibly a really good business and finally make some $$$ out this looser of an investment I made over 4 years ago.
Thank you Berthold!!!
πŸ‘οΈ0
SquareUp SquareUp 5 years ago
You are right, no one should blame Berthold. We cannot put all the negatives on his shoulders, not fair because he has done all he can and with his limited IQ he was still able to convince people to lend money towards his project and was able to forge bank statements and take the money without anyone noticing or at least until now. The evidence presented to the regulators made it clear and this is why they finally allowed the tr-merger and name change to go through. The monkey is toasted!!! At 70 years old, Gary will spend the rest of his days in a nice little jail.

Who is Fred anyways...All I know is that Fred and Gary Berthold were best friends and were business partners. So if Fred got nailed, he didnt give up Berthold to the SEC and or to the FBI. It is a fact that Berthold has strong ties to the Mafia in New York and Montreal. Look up Tony Papa and you will see the link with Berthold in many shells and pubco.

That's not true. You need to account for the 1:30,000 R/S that was done after Berthold left INOL and not just look at the sp as it is today. Adjusted for the R/S, the stock was above a dollar.

You are correct!
The problem for any of us that got stuck by this group is that not 1 product was ever sold in 3 years, no revenue, they never owned any aspect of Injex, no patents, no trademarks, no worldwide marketing rights, accepted financial investments under false pretense based on not owning anything, false filings.
Then you add the possibility of the law suit in California regarding their ACTIONS potentially with the FDA, then you look at their FDA filings of a couple of day's ago for their purported products inolife 30,inolife 30 and inolife 50 the fraud, sham continues on.
πŸ‘οΈ0
cwwolverine cwwolverine 5 years ago
You are correct but they never sold 1 product nor did they ever have the technology, product, Injex, marketing rights, patents, trademarks or worldwide marketing rights. The entire business that they presented to Berthold and associates was and is a sham.
πŸ‘οΈ0
Slojab Slojab 5 years ago
The needleless injector was the product they were selling after Berthold sold out.
πŸ‘οΈ0
cwwolverine cwwolverine 5 years ago
Once again Wazer, you are off.
I am not supporting either party.
But if you once again look at facts and what read what was filed with the courts in detail, you will find that there is an email from Lanham to Berthold on file that was sent to Berthold prior to the stock purchase agreement being executed that states from Lanham that the needless company (Injex) had over 10,000 injectors that needed to be sold prior to them launching their new needless syringe. If Lanham was telling the truth, why no product sales from 2-2016 until today? If you ever attempted to purchase a needless product from Inolife website they were and have been "out of stock".

Why is that Wazer????

Have you ever seen any support documents Wazer from this Canadian group showing that they ever actually owed Injex or anything that they stated within the definitive agreement signed by Henry Benoit and Dr. John Oda, WAZER?

Then take a few minutes and research the legal filings in California filed on November 8,2018 by Mr. Andrew Cartee against many of these Canadians, Lanham, Inolife, etc.in behalf of HNS, EQUIDYNE and Aijex. If their claims against these characters is valid regarding their fraudulent FDA activities, I would think that this entire group of Canadians, Lanham, Beam and anyone else associated with this since 1/2016 until today is running and hiding in the weeds. Plus you take within that recent California filing JF Amyot being the head of N3gu, there are serious and profound SEC issues that are going to jump all over this group.

All of this groups action make Berthold and his group look like children.
πŸ‘οΈ0
cwwolverine cwwolverine 5 years ago
You must be with the inol group wazer. Guess that you may wish to read a little better.
If you actually speak factually and do the appropriate research, you will find out that Berthold had never sold 1 share from 2009 to present and none of the plaintiffs in the legal case had sold any of their shares either.
Nothing more then simple facts.
This is extremely the opposite of what the Canadians did with all of their shares, traded, traded and traded. So you may want to get off of Berthold and his group and look at the facts.
