The company received a full Utility Patent on Bug-Strike in September 2023. We can now offer the product in the market with a high confidence level that we will not get knocked off.

The company has also filed for a US Provisional Patent for a new tiny low-cost shark deterring device called SharkStrike™ and has begun initial testing in Florida and Australia. IP valuation: The current IP portfolio has a market value of around $2.5 to $3.0M and with the addition of the Provisional Patent and expected issuance of a full Utility Patent on Bug-Strike™ and the tradename the valuation should be at $3M plus.

New Business Opportunities:
We finalized an agreement wit Pro-Motion Inc. Las Vegas NV, one of the largest wholesale distributors in the US. ProMotion has distribution across a wide range from outdoor camping, hunting, fishing, industrial, automotive and marine.
Sales will come on line in the second half of 2023.

Hepa? Alibaba? Where are they buying these now? The Alibaba listing is no more. I think I could buy 50 of these from China for $1500.00. Brite is trying to love them for $100 down from mid $100. I’ll sell you one for $20.00 without the Brite Strike sticker. This isn’t BSTK technology. Hello!

COVID? They were buying the desktop UV filter from Alibaba for $30.00. They put a Britestrike sticker on the box. UV mask is a joke when the pandemic is the same. No one needs a UV light in a mask when mask mandates are lifting worldwide. They played the card like everyone else and now they are left with overpriced flashlights and fishing devices.

This company is very small. I’m surprised they are staying current considering the cost to do so and the little profit they make.

Read the business update at the end of the last report. Also, notice the increase in authorized share count by 4X. When they release news on the UV mask work and the Bug Strike deals, I would expect a significant run. Increasing share count at these prices won’t do them any good. They are expecting a much higher price at some point to help fuel development.

$261k in annual sales with $80k in COG? This is a mom and pop operation with little reason to be public. I commend them for trying but my god, this is a dog. They bought a UV filter off Alibaba and self branded it. I believe they paid about $30.00 per unit landed and try to sell them for $100.00 a piece. They didn’t develop the desktop purifier. Anyone on this board can buy 50 of them for about $1500. Last I checked. BrightStrike put an adhesive sticker on the box and called it there own. I have one in a desk somewhere. .10? You’re dreaming. This should br trading sub .005 on value. No way market cap should be over $500k and that’s being generous.
