Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

On February 2, 2022, Bespoke Extracts, Inc. (the “Company”) changed its fiscal year from August 31 to December 31. The Company will file a transition report on Form 10-Q for the transition period.
