They activated the debt shares, good to see they are restricted, should make this a debt free company now
will look for filing to see what the restrictions are

Since they did this I would think they are going to move forward with the lithium mining project and would expect some news because this thing has been silent too long. It would only be in the newly issued shareholders to have someone create some excitement so they can see the stock price move up.

Very interesting stock, the potential is here for sure.

good news terry is keeping this pink current with new filing, no dilution of shares for over a year. I would expect next quarter they will need to pay some bills but he is keeping expense at a minimum which is positive.

Question for any lawyer or stock professional is does the $9.1mil judgement need to be paid at the stock price they mention OR can the company issue the shares at the current stock price to satisfy the $9.1mil?

If the second option is correct then terry has an opportunity to create alot of hype and a favorable stock price with the mining news he should be coming out with.

The people behind this want/need a big payday, as mentioned before my opinion is they will pump up stock price to do a fund raise to start their lithium mining project in Indonesia, Terry knows how to do this and this is why he was chosen to navigate this company. Indonesia is cheaper to do mining so the funds required are not big so I expect a smaller dilution amount than would be in Canada or US.

I expect Terry will have a good plan and not have any obstacles because he is already doing mining with baru.

If someone wants to check the charts or buys/sells there has been a good amount of accumulation below .003 for past 5 months so I would expect little selling from the long positions until this gets over .005.
I think Terry's group goal would be over a penny so they will need good PR on their plan and the actions he has taken while he was in Indonesia this year

ha, i have supported this for long enough, finally seeing some profits so this weekend I will do some more self talk,
Still under $1mil market cap for a pink current
some baggage there but I think it will be managed by Terry & whoever else he is working with to bring this current and build a company

I am sure this is a few people creating some hype, hopefully they will bring a few more and put this stock price where it should be so when news hits we will see a real movement
