The biggest red flags here are the unverified profile and 686 million outstanding share count

I bought some yesterday and if it continues to drop lower in trips I’ll keep buying for the day it eventually does run. There are too many people involved for it to go dead forever imo.

Who is Julius? Been here 3 or 4 years and haven’t heard that name.

On a side note I read that Julius Csurgo was involved here @ some point. Anything this man touches goes to Expert Market or has a CE on it. Stitts owing money shouldnt have stopped this, I wonder if he was just a paper CEO with a good story plugged into here and the kingpin being busted put this into purgatory.

ATWT is alternate reporting and after 16 months of no annual, it will be put into a grace period of 15 days. OTCM will show grace period title and when it exits grace and enters expert.

Yeah. I mentioned NVSOS bc I’m expecting a whole new list of officers. Not a good situation to be in for us shareholders if they decide to not file.

1 more month and this will be in expert market, NVSOS last thing on the honey to do list.

Yeah it’s a shame what’s happening here. They’ve completely let this company go.

Might see some new lows, no late notice for annual @ OTCM. Alternate reporting calls for an posted annual within a 16 month window and/or a updated profile @ OTCM. ATWT has no verified profile and end of April would be 16 months without an annual posted. We hit a 15 day grace period and after are put into expert market.

Looking like it might go ..getting a little loading volume imo.
