I mean sure I guess 🤷‍♂️. I've been here since 2019 or 2020. Never felt the need to moderate. That's why i asked. I've been bullish then bearish and now bullish again with recent developments.

IHUB is the best place 4 investors to gain knowledge. I was drawn to ATWT because the Hounds of Werbe found it. No one else was here so that it was I am the only moderator now. I think that pretty much answered all avenues of your question?

Why moderate a board you are so down on? 

Since I hold seniority here as the sole moderator, I am so glad I have my tickets 2 the clown show.

$9M in revenue is year. Looking like easily $20M in 2025.  Market cap is under $1M. Not much more needs to be said.  One of the most attractive buys on the OTC.

Pretty much same response you've already got. RS split was announced by former CEO. The company is self funding,  highly unlikely a RS happens here any time soon. Looks like everything has worked out. 

Great question about a potential reverse split, and we asked Management and CCO Stitts about this possibility, which we strongly oppose. They both informed us that there are no plans to commence a split, due to improved projections and new options for favorable bank financing. Also, apparently FINRA is a nightmare for doing symbol changes and reverse splits, with even the best companies taking several months to get things done. So ... looks like NO SPLIT for now.

Strong presentation by CEO Martin, quick and articulate, and he hit the high points. He confirmed almost $10M in revenues for 2024, and predicts around double that for this year. We are seeing increased volume over the past two weeks, with the 30D average now approaching 700K.

Hoping for a great presentation today. A where we are now followed by a road map to where we are going and how we are getting there. Would not hurt to see some projections thrown in!

It'll be really interesting when people start catching catching on to what we have here with The Birch Co.  It was a long difficult wait but will be well worth it. Will continue to add periodically at these insanely low levels. 

CEO Martin said to expect several more news releases related to their completed residential and commercial buildings, coming soon. Also looking forward to the Emerging Growth conference presentation on Wednesday the 15th. Stay Positive

Thanks for the link Werbe - did not see that amongst all of the other great content on the site. We spoke with a Company rep earlier, who apologized for the one broken link on the website. He said they are adding new information to the Investors page, as they are finalizing a new plan for funding and continue to integrate the two companies for 2025.

Hey slow down man, we are positive about this deal because there is new activity, real numbers, and a strong business model. This is all new for ATWT, since the Birch Company merger, and VERY different from the prior 3-4 years. We aren't really interested in all that negativity, and it is not BS - read the press release on Earnings that hit the wires today.

If you wanna clear the air. I didn't initially target you. I just said that it was my opinion that the company isn't prioritizing its website right now. That it seems to be working to grow the company and revenue. I also said that it hasn't gone as quickly as I would of liked it too. 

I am averaging down. I would assume most of us are. My average is high. I'd love to be in lower than .007 but here we are. Doesn't change that fact that i sincerely believe we see .03 by summer if the company follows through.  I'm not one to tout a stock and not buy. 

Oh btw, its called averaging DOWN.

January 6th I post about ATWT going back to emerging growth conference, and I post about how an investor page being down for maintenance, in a foreign language, going into an INVESTOR conference just is flat dumb and Clown Show Barek shows up saying negative banter. Then he says Werbe has ulterior motives blah blah. This is what you guys used to get away with but it is old and played out. I am one person that is a conduit for what I want to say, if you look @ my posting I rarely engage but react. I post where I want to but rarely post targeting people, something you all did but are mystified why I am emotional now lol.

If I wasn't confident I wouldn't be adding. You're very emotional. I mean, to each their own but try and relax it'll serve you well.

It's very unusual for a public trading company having their investor page down under maintenance for months, not sure where your coming from with that.  I am still waiting on prograde closing, which was to be made end of December or is that a no no to talk about because snowflake feelings?

It's really not unusual for a web page to be under construction. Sure it's been like that longer than I'd like but I wouldn't say it's a priority. As long as the company is making money and growing we will be good.  By the sounds of it we are growing fast.

New management first was Ploch saying Birch is the new company and ATWT will ticker change to birch etc. Now he was pushed out with Stitts coming back as COO and Martin taking over as CEO. BTW that news was put out on a Saturday late. Birch is now a subsidiary to ATWT that does nothing but still shows they sell children protection equipment etc. If you like the inconsistency, fine, same with your so called group that has been "holding" for years, I think its a slap in the face.

I had to use Google to translate the investor page for birch co because it was in Portuguese.  Hey we have an investor conference coming up again but who cares they cannot access an investor page lol.  Negative banter or the truth?  I can count a few missed promises already but I did not sell a share.  Bet that torques your undies.

I believe 4 or 5 years for myself. Everything is coming together though. 20M revenue in new deals to go with the existing 10-15m revenue that brich generates now. We should be seeing multiple pennies within the year. 

Agreed - looks like the Conference will be on the 15th at 2:55 pm. Our group has been in this deal for several years now, and it finally looks like this new management team knows what it is doing. Real business with real projections. Anticipating year-end and 1Q results can get the stock well over $.01 in timely fashion.

It's gonna be a good investment for everybody here. Just has taken longer than we would of liked.  2025 is going to good imo. 

Some good news, seems our Twitter/X handle is now showing Birch Co/Atwec. Still no investor page on Birch but I wonder if theyre rolling out a new website maybe? With Ploch gone, they might abandon Birch being the Lead Company and might be going back to Atwec and Birch as a subsidiary.
