NEW YORK, March 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- New York Global Innovations Inc. (OTCBB: INKS), previously InkSure Technologies Inc., today announced that on February 28, 2014, it completed the previously announced sale of substantially all of its brand protection and tax stamp authentication assets (excluding RFID assets) to Spectra Systems Corporation (LON: SPSY).

Immediately following the completion of the sale of the assets, the company changed its name to New York Global Innovations Inc.
