STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Wednesday that it has acquired CAS Products Ltd, a British company specializing in sales, installation and service of compressed air systems.

Founded in 1983, CAS is privately owned and has 12 employees based in Bolton, England.

The purchase price isn't disclosed.
