Does anyone have a link to this actually being reinstated? All I have found is rumor so far, Thank you! I would like to get in this if it is a serious case of a shell trying to get current, but I don't see any filings yet.

Follow the volume on dead tickers. Non CE non Gray trips are ripe for takeover in this day and age. Custodian plays have gotten real popular thanks to the massive gains. They have to have a lot of shares to petition in the first place as I understand it.
