Not sure got in XLFS in like 2020 I sent a letter to the CEo before I bought in and everything he told me was 100% a lie... OS went from like 60 million to nearly 500 million, I guy I was talking to that invested in it ended up working on the wells in TX for Mike then from what I heard he screwed him over royally too.. so if that guy left then I'd guess it would finish off AMIH after Mike moved everything to here, left a Fall guy CEO of XFLS that told me they were working on things but ended up doing nothing with it, XFLS was a clean shell that Mike was suppose to take the debt to AMIH so idk why he didn't do anything with it but seams like 99% of the CEOS on OTCM are just here to scam people and never really make anything go just pretend to

There were multiple posters who came here with warnings when the change happened in AMIH when he took over. I was in AMIH months before the transition, and I should have heeded the warnings about that guy, but I just let it sit in my account and hoped there would be a good pump to get out in. I read up on what happened to XFLS and that came off as a classic penny stock shyster play. Well, the warnings were right.

The weird thing is they raised the A/S to 2 billion. Which, everyone knows in OTC land what that means and what is coming. They never maxed it out. In fact, they didnt do anything at all. No updates, no pump, no nothing. Its a shame because I could have been handed all those leases and turned them around and got cash flow coming in without doing much damage to the share structure. Probably would have had to plug some wells cut some liability and do a lot of workovers which I thought they were beginning to do.

Must have been something messed up behind the scenes. Internal disagreements on contracts or how things should go. Oh well....another one bites the dust.

and XFLS at 0.000001 my 30K in that is worth nothing thx to the POS MIKE screwing us all over, Idk how the heck the SEC hasn't banned mike from the OTCM and thrown him in jail, I wish someone would start a Class action lawsuit against the dude he's a liar and a scammer prob living high on the hog off all our money

Mike screw all of you guys and all of us at XFLS he really belongs in jail and banned from ever trading in the markets again and owes everyone loads of money... the guy he put as the fall guy for XFLS kept saying that he was working on things when in reality it looks like he was just buying time for him and mike to go off on some tropical vacation or something with all of our $$$$

The ticker is dead. No L2, can’t trade. Let it go, it’s over. No one is going to RM with a dark ticker. They want current reporting trading entities with no toxic debt or revenue.
