What money? Maybe a p&d when they get current… but the company has no revenue, no assets (expired worthless patent nobody wants and they couldn’t sell previously doesn’t count), no operations or employees other than Pedro…. Nothing positive here.

I assume the auditors won’t put out the bogus valuations Pedro is trying to pedal so he’s throwing a fit like a child and wanted to trash the auditors on something more official. Makes himself look like a fool in the end.

If the expired patent was worth anything he would renew it, if they had operations, key staff or a locale he would declare it, if he had real estate assets he would have property records/deeds… yet he has none of these, his whole future hinges on manipulating these financials so he can scam people into financing and investing in his scams.
