Red Beryl Mining Company, Inc. Update on $AFFL

Red Beryl Mining Company, Inc. has made the decision to move away from AFFL as a potential long-term investment opportunity. We were unable to reach a satisfactory agreement on equity terms with the current shell owners. Additionally, the prolonged uncertainty regarding what AFFL will ultimately be consummated with has further contributed to our decision.

As we near key milestones on several of our core investments ( $BYRG $BRGC $XTPT $SDRC )—specifically projects approaching revenue generation ( $SDRC $XTPT )—we believe it is in the best interest of our shareholders and strategic vision to focus our attention and resources on initiatives we have direct guidance and control over. This includes $PTEL, our newest project, which is already progressing with clarity and momentum.

We appreciate the engagement with $AFFL and truly wish all parties involved the best in their future development.

The address comes back to MRE Depot- 942 Calle Amanecer # B, San Clemente, CA 92673, mredepot.com. Quick search on the net shows the net worth is 2 million however there is not enough information to prove this is correct. Wish they would provide more information on this merger!!
