Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Securities Holders.

A special meeting of the Company's shareholders was held on December 12, 2019.

At the meeting the following was approved by the Company's shareholders:

(1) an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the Company's authorized capitalization to 15,000,000,000 shares of common stock.
