This tawdry, soiled ticker has "new management" that employs the pedo registered sex offender, defrocked ex-CPA TYRUS YOUNG to do its accounting. TYRUS is a REDD flagg as his historical clientele is chock fulla some of the scammiest pennyscam turds ever.

If TONY and his crew (Sal, Vinny, etc.) hope to "rehab" this filthy ticker, using TYRUS as their count man prolly is nott a good way to start the clean-upp.

I have written about TYRUS and his history on the MRGE board, another scam pennyturd that he was brought into "rehab" that ticker in 2023. The Trustee in my personal bankruptcy case, ruled my stake in ACCR to be worthless, and therefore will NOT be pursuing liquidation for any of my shares held in my name. FYI I called and confirmed that XU guy has absolutely nothing to do with ACCR. He simply sold it to the new owners and that’s it end of story. Seems like they have some pretty good plans in the works and I’m hoping they get the 211 back
