My guess is that CX929 when direct administration via injection is high impact. But oral administration is an entirely different story. I am intrigued as to the thinking to try this administration mode.. (It has been argued that creative critical thinking is maximal in young adults.)

I think the last important pleading in the 7 mm case was on June 14. Because this is simply a decision on the amendment, imo, it’s annoying the Court has not ruled yet. Right now the market think the case is all but gone, so it seems we just need a decision, and if positive it could help a little.
