SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. was awarded a $60 million contract to provide general engineering consulting and construction engineering and inspection services in the state of Georgia.

The Canadian fully integrated professional-services and project-management company said the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is with the Georgia Department of Transportation to provide services for its Office of Alternative Delivery for up to five years.

As part of the contract, SNC-Lavalin would also provide technical support, including for the implementation of design-build projects located in the northeast region of the state.
