--Several major European offshore wind developers are expected to submit bids to for an offshore wind generation project near Dunkirk, Reuters reported Friday, citing "three industry sources."

--A partnership made up of France's EDF, along with Innogy from Germany and Canada's Enbridge, is among the groups expected to bid, the report said.

--The deadline for bids on the 600-megawatt project is March 15, the report said.
