A lot of chatter on the yahoo board about an announcement soon about an agreement with Mail and BTG.

They do not provide a link so I am cautious but hopeful it is correct.

Not quite sure why Clive has all of a sudden entertained the thought of selling prior to doing more drilling. As soon as they announced the Rupert offer and he agrees to consider we get a very high drill hole results.

There is much more property to be drilled yet.

I understand we would pick up a bunch of Rupert shares and not have to spend more on drilling or building the plant out.

I think this stock will take off in the 4th quarter unless we get some major news prior. There are a lot of shares and people want him to buy back shares. I am sure he has his reasons not to at this point.

I just wish they would be more open to shareholders. IR never responds to an email. I had to dig up that they are abandoning Uzbekistan.

They give no information on any drilling results in Egypt.

While I am grousing a little here, I am still totally bullish on this stock.

None of the message boards are picking up on the drilling at Matador right now. Looking at potential 60M ounce site drilling right now.

3 geologists at three different times, not together, said this site looks like an African mine with 60M ounces. A short distance away another 5M ounce potential. That is not even counting 4 or 5 other major sites that have not been drilled yet. We have Calibre, which we own shares in, buying Marathon gold which is up the road to the East. We have 120KM of basement gold quartz.

They are going to be looking at the Hermitage site and drilling this year. They are very high on the potential there.

I think IMHO Goose has much more gold to be found and I feel Clive is licking his chops on Snowline gold which we have some ownership.

One needs to be patient with miners which is hard to do some times.

On another note, I await further word from BTG on working out a collaboration with Rupert Resources and Aurion Resources on a collaboration of the 5 million ounce Ikari deposit per Aurion Resources recent video. With the BTG and Aurion JV it makes a lot of sense.

All win as BTG is a miner and Aurion and Rupert are explorers. BTG has a large property next to Rupert an Aurion has more separate property and all combined would make a big big mine.

Sorry all, I have not been paying close attention here as I have been trying to buy some BTG at a lower price and been watching the stock price.

My thoughts,

I don't think enough retail has found out about us yet. 30 percent retail.

I am sure mining in Mali bugs some people bu,t not me until Clive Johnsons says it bugs him. He has a good working relationship with them so far. Also, he is expanding to the Goose project, Newfoundland ,Finland, and the Philippines. Ground work in Ubekistan and Egypt

I suggested on the Silvercorp Metals board SVM that as they are in the same home office as BTG that the two should seriously consider a JV and take out Celsius at a low cost to both BTG and SVM. Would cost them each not much and have a permit ready operation in the Philippines. Celsius stock tanked after they tried to shake down Lon Shaver and he left the table on buying them. All they need to do is get 51percent of the shares and take them over. Copper and gold. They also have a large Cobalt property.

The BTG number of shares is large but then again might not be too bad with the potential I see possible. Possible future buybacks and or dividend increases.

Let's discuss several things. I think they are going to have a blow out 4th quarter with the price of gold going up 214.08 an ounce from Sept 29th to Dec 29th. That is over and above what they were already making the prior quarter. They said they would be working on higher gold content the last quarter after the rains the prior quarter impacted with lower grade processing.

If the gold price stays up is could impact all this years quarters until we start pouring 300k ounces next year.

Now here is a biggie that no one seems to have mentioned yet. Matador mining had the head BTG geologist tell them he thought they had a what sounds like Blasie. SP as I could not find the description spelling it differnt ways. That is a mine with 60 M ounces of gold. That would be over an above the 30KM of basement gold and not counting the Hermitage project where drilling is yet to take place.

They had two other totally independent geologist come to the same conclusion with none of them talking to each other. One is coming back to look further again this year. Then add that in we own 30 percent of Calibre who is buying Matador mining with 5M ounces just North East.

Matador starts drilling to verify if 60M ounces this quarter.

A critical statement by BTG in their Dec presentation on their website says they have first right of refusal on any sale or purchase of assets by Matador.

My pure speculation is BTG is going to own the whole enchilada before this is over.

BeMetals might also be a sleeper. They are drilling high gold and silver finds in Japan an we are involved in ownership.

With ownership also in Snowline gold I am just getting as many shares as I can with the dividends while BTG is cheap. 5.138 percent dividend.

Study the Matador current drill results. High au per gm.

I still cannot understand why this stock is a three dollar stock in a very limited trading range. All I have seen in the past year is positive growth in gold resources. In days gone by growth of gold resources meant increases in stock price. The company produces 2 million ounces a year. The added resources should extend this trend. Why is the market "Black Balling" this stock?

I don't think they is any conflict is the companies discussing paying dividends early. It benefits both the companies and the shareholders.

It is not discussing anything that is material as both companies have already declared dividends.

Just making myself clear on this issue. It dries up shares at a lower price for both companies and gives the shareholders a break while the prices are down.

I just said the same thing on the SVM board.

It would be nice if they give a Holiday treat and pay the dividend before the 15th. They have kissed the money off and for those of us
that are reinvesting dividends it benefits both us and them on drying up shares while the market is down.

Both SVM and BTGF are in the same office so someone speak up and let's get going.

If they play catch-up to make projected goals, it should be a tremendous quarter.

A couple of thoughts,

BTG said they were going to make up for the lost production from rain in the 3rd quarter during the 4th quarter.

Assuming that happens, they are going to be selling their gold for much higher prices. We still have one more month to go and prices might still be going higher.

The stars might be aligning for a blockbuster 4th quarter with much higher prices for sold gold this quarter.

They might have blow out earnings which could blow this stock up next year.

Also, he was eligible for a VA loan with all his service years and got it under 6 percent. He intends to pay it off ASAP. So he will drive that interest rate down quickly. Extra payments on principle.

BTG closed solidly above the 50day moving average last night. Not far to close above the 200 Day moving average. Possible it does that tonight.
