J.M. Smucker Co. said it is voluntarily recalling two lots of Meow Mix Original Choice Dry Cat Food due to the potential presence of salmonella.

The company said it has received no reports of pet illness or adverse reaction.

Smucker said the recalled 30-pound bags were sold at certain Walmart Inc. stores in Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming. The items have the UPC code 2927452099, with lot numbers 1081804 and 1082804 and Best If Used By dates of 9/14/2022 and 9/15/2022.
