Walmart Inc. launched Express Delivery service, which will bring items to customers' homes in less than two hours.

After a pilot program in 100 stores since mid-April, Express Delivery will expand to nearly 1,000 stores in early May and will be available in almost 2,000 stores in the following weeks.

More than 160,000 items will be available, including groceries, consumables and general merchandise such as toys and electronics.

The service will cost $10 in addition to the existing delivery charge.
