--Walmart Inc. (WMT) will pay $65 million to settle a lawsuit in California that alleged the company didn't provide seating for cashiers, Reuters said.

--About 100,000 current and former cashiers will receive a payment, and Walmart has agreed to providing seating for its California cashiers, the report said.

--Walmart has denied any wrongdoing in the case, the report said.
